35. A person who fails a probationary period may serve a second probationary period if the person notifies the Minister in writing of the intention to do so within 60 days following receipt of the notice of failure. No further probationary period is possible if the person fails the second probationary period.
This subdivision applies to the second probationary period, with the necessary modifications, except that the duration of the second probationary period is 600 hours with no possible reduction of hours.
